Wednesday 2nd November 6 pm – 8:30 pm
Venue: Council Chamber, Camden Town Hall, Judd Street, London WC1H 9J
Camden Council invite local residents, students, businesses, public services and community organisations to come together at this free air quality conference and take action to improve the air we breathe.
Air pollution has a major impact on all of us. Nearly 9,500 people die every year in London as a result of poor air quality and action must be taken to change this.
At this event you will hear more about Camden Council’s pledge to improve local air quality and learn how you can work with us to make a real difference. But joint action is needed not just at a local level, but at regional and national level as well. Hear our speakers discussing the opportunities and constraints to tackling the issue of air quality in Camden. Then join us for a series of breakout sessions where you can share your ideas, however big or small, on how we can tackle this problem together. Full agenda and speakers to be confirmed shortly.
